Credits and plans

Every generation spends credits. The cost depends on the model and the output — longer, higher-resolution video costs more than a single image — and Cremi shows it before you confirm.

Good to know

• Your balance is shown next to the Cremi logo at the top of the menu, and the full ledger lives under Usage in your account.
• Failed generations are refunded automatically. If something fails and the credits don't come back, contact support with the project link.
• Plans raise your allowance and unlock higher output quality. You can also top up credits directly, or redeem a gift code with Redeem Code in the main menu.
• Current plans, credit packs and prices are always on Pricing.
