Credits and plans
What generations cost, how refunds work, and how to top up.
Every generation spends credits. The cost depends on the model and the output — longer, higher-resolution video costs more than a single image.
- Your balance is shown in the top-left of the menu, and the full ledger lives under Usage in your account.
- Failed generations are refunded automatically. If something fails and the credits do not come back, contact support with the project.
- Plans raise your allowance and unlock higher output quality. You can also top up credits directly, or redeem a gift code.
