Generate scene videos
Choose how much of the song to render, compare takes, and retry failed scenes without paying twice.
Generating video animates your planned scenes into clips in the video tier you chose at setup. It is the most expensive step, so Studio lets you render part of the song first.
Render part of the song first
- Press Generate Videos in the header.
- In How much of the song?, pick a part — such as Best part or Full song. One option is marked Recommended, and each shows its cost.
- To render a custom range, drag the edges of the highlighted part on the waveform — it becomes your Custom part.
- Press Generate video. The price is re-checked before you're charged ("Updating price…").
If your balance doesn't cover the part you picked, Studio says so and offers Top Up Credits (or Upgrade Plan on the free plan) — or pick a shorter part.
Video tiers
| Tier | What you get | Plans |
|---|---|---|
| Budget | Good motion and lip-sync at the lowest cost | All plans |
| Signature | Better motion and lip-sync | Pro and up |
| Premium | The sharpest frames, faces and motion | Ultra and up |
Each tier's rate is shown in credits per second of video at setup. See current plans on Pricing.
Review clips and switch takes
On the Video stage, each card shows its clip. Use the Frame / Video tabs to compare the still with the animation.
- Versions lists every take of a scene. Switching between them is free and instant — pick one and press Use this clip.
- Regenerate video makes a new take; a cost estimate appears first and warns that the current clip will be replaced.
- Download Scenes saves every scene clip as one zip (paid plans or a Download Pass).
When a scene fails
- Failed scenes are refunded automatically — the card shows Credits refunded. Use Retry on the scene, or Retry N Failed Videos to retry them all.
- Sometimes a video provider flags a song's audio. Studio retries on its own and shows "Retry 1 of N — the provider flagged your song's audio". If it still fails, you get a normal failure with a refund.
- Leaving the page doesn't stop a render. Come back later rather than starting again — starting again would charge twice.
Spending limits
- Each project has a spending cap — a safety ceiling, separate from your balance. When it's reached, a Cap reached badge appears and adding credits won't raise it; on paid plans, use Adjust to set a new ceiling.
- A Run budget reached message means a single run hit its own limit. Start a new run or contact support.
