Common problems

A generation seems stuck

Video renders take minutes, and a busy queue adds to that. The project keeps working if you navigate away — come back to it rather than starting again, which would spend credits twice.

A scene failed

Retry the individual scene rather than the whole project. Failures are refunded, so a retry costs the same as the first attempt did.

The result does not match what I asked for

Regenerate the specific scene with a more concrete prompt — name the subject, the setting and the camera framing. Vague prompts give the model room to drift.

I cannot download my video

Downloading from most tools needs a paid plan or a Download Pass — see Pricing and check your plan in your account. In Studio, the finished video downloads from the Finals stage; see Finals & export. Also make sure the render actually finished; a still-composing project has nothing to save yet.
